Meredith Mistrot is a college student who is done putting up with society's pressure on girls to appear perfect, so she has instead put her focus into finding who she is outside of the world's expectations of her. In her podcast, Meredith shares how she is trying to redefine healthy for herself in the areas of food, fitness, and self-care through a mix of educational tidbits and personal experiences.
