The TV series The Tastiest Udon I’ve Made (Cheese Lovers Only), created by an unlisted creator and produced by an unlisted studio, first premiered on July 3, 2025 in الولايات المتحدة. The series spans 0 seasons with 0 episodes, featuring the voices of an unlisted voice cast. It follows the story of Carbonara... but with udon noodles and crispy pork belly. Trust me, it works. This is hands down one of the most comforting, and unexpectedly delicious things I've made all year. It’s creamy, cheesy, peppery — with that rich umami punch from soy-glazed pork belly. A little East, a little West, and 100% addictive. Perfect for date night, a cozy solo dinner, or if you just want to impress someone with minimal effort. You’ll never look at carbonara (or udon) the same again 👨🏼‍🍳✨ Let me know what you think in the comments — especially if you try it! 📝 RECIPE (2 Servings) For the Pork Belly: • 300g pork belly slices, cut into ½ inch (1cm) pieces • 2 tbsp light soy sauce • ½ tbsp brown sugar • 2 garlic cloves, minced For the Carbonara Sauce: • 3 egg yolks • 50g parmesan, grated • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 tsp ground black pepper • 4 tbsp cream • 50ml (¼ cup) water Noodles & Toppings: • 200g udon noodles (cooked to packet instructions) • 50g parmesan, grated • 2 tbsp butter • 2 egg yolks • 1 tsp ground black pepper Recipe is heavily inspired by Emily Roz from Myriad Recipes You can find her recipe over at https://myriadrecipes.com/pork-belly-.
