This #InternationalWomensDay, we had the privilege of hearing from the women of our community, as they shared their experiences and perspectives on the necessity of women's representation at decision-making levels. Today is a reminder of the progress we've made, but also of the significant work still ahead. Let's take a moment to acknowledge the incredible women who have paved the way for change. The allies who advocate, and commit to continuing the fight for equal rights, representation, and opportunities for all women around the world. Together, we can build a future where we all thrive.
