Back then, the concept of a weekly live wrestling show was a unheard of. Weekly live wrestling had not been attempted yet within the United States, and Vince McMahon was prepared to give it a shot. Replacing the WWF's previous show "Prime Time Wrestling", Monday Night Raw made it's debut on the USA Network, changing the landscape of weekly wrestling shows forever.
