A Brazilian heavyweight who began training at just 10 years old, Filho endured the legendary 100-Man Kumite in Japan before making his mark on the international fighting scene. Filho went on to face some of K-1's biggest names, including Ernesto Hoost, Peter Aerts, and Sam Greco. Whether through calculated pressure or a single explosive punch, he possessed the power to change a fight in an instant. His knockout of Sam Greco came just 15 seconds into the opening round. Against Peter Aerts, his relentless pressure helped force a second-round stoppage. Beyond K-1, Filho also became a multiple-time Kyokushin World Champion, cementing his place among the greatest fighters ever to emerge from the Brazilian Karate scene. This is the story of Francisco Filho — the Kyokushin powerhouse who brought Karate into the ring and made K-1 legends feel his power. Which of Filho's performances impressed you the most?
