Buttery puff pastry, creamy custard, and that perfect cinnamon-vanilla vibe… you’ll never look at store-bought desserts the same way again. We’re keeping it simple: store-bought puff pastry (quick no stress version), a silky smooth custard that comes together on the stove, and just a little spice to make it extra cozy. The shells bake up golden and crispy, the custard sets with that signature wobble, and you’ve basically got café-quality Portuguese tarts at home. Pro tip: eat them warm, sprinkle on extra cinnamon, and try not to finish the whole tray in one go. 🥮 INGREDIENTS (Makes 12 tarts) For the pastry: • 2 sheets store-bought puff pastry For the custard: • 60 g plain flour • 60 ml milk (to mix with flour) • 250 ml milk (to heat) • 180 ml water • 240 g white sugar • 6 egg yolks For flavor: • 1 vanilla bean • ½ tsp ground cinnamon. This is a Dessert, Bake series and has received a rating of 7.6/10 from 0 viewers.
