Well, not only is it aimed at keeping it short so that you can watch the video in less than a round of boxing, it is actually based upon practical experience. When there is a full team of boxers working in the gym, I often walk around and as boxers are shadow boxing, using the heavy bag or performing drills I may spend 90 seconds or so talking them through a skill or topic. This is a fact of life for any coach in many boxing clubs all around the World - it's great to get some good one-on-one time working with a boxer, but it's just as important to share the time to ensure the continued development of all - that 90 seconds can be incredibly effective.
