Some key points: 1. The resistance band I am using provides a 15lb to 35lb resistance. 2. Make sure you are properly warmed up, this speed drill presents risks around hyperextension of the elbow. 3. This is quality based speed drill, not quantity. 4. Build it in as a regular part of your boxing training program, but don’t do it a week ahead of any fight. 5. 10 seconds of punching with 20 seconds rest - 5 sets.
