Album: Gothic Music In Bohemia 12th - 15th Century Video: Codex Gigas or Devil's Bible, Bohemia - XIII secolo http://www.facebook.com/musicamedievale • The compositions selected for this recording show the musical past of Bohemian music. (from the booklet) Concerning the video: I decided to use the wonderful Codex Gigas, also known as the Devil's Bible for the giant painting of a devil figure inside. This manuscript is the largest medieval manuscript ever made and was made in Bohemia in the 13th century, perfect for the music presented in this album. I wish you happy listening!
