We release this short video of him training with Rico Vieira at the Checkmat academy in Rio de Janeiro as a tribute to his life and contribution to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He never had an academy and never produced a champion, he was simply a normal man who loved jiu-jitsu and in his many years on the mat he inspired many.
