See No Evil was a movie produced by WWE Studios starring Kane, the WWE's very own Big Red Machine. The film would be released on May 19th 2006, and the WWE decided to present a storyline on WWE shows where the date "May 19th" would play a huge role. The storyline itself was used to promote Kane's new movie, but the May 19th date would also hold some significance to the actual Kane character. While Kane has been involved in some of wrestling's most prolific (and outlandish) storylines, the angle that centered around May 19th and the "Imposter Kane" is maybe a storyline that the WWE would like you to forget. Kane would come face to face with an past version of himself, the imposter wore Kane's original mask and his mannerisms were very similar to those of the Big Red Machine. Wrestling fans, however, weren't too enamoured with the Kane vs Imposter Kane storyline and match, and the WWE decided to completely erase the angle and pretend like it never happened.
