When superstars of WCW began questioning Sting's motives, he became a new and brooding character. Steve Borden transformed from the "Surfer" Sting to "The Crow" Sting, a superstar who wouldn't say much but still managed to have the audience in the palm of his hand. Sting would feud with the nWo and, eventually, he would even join the "Wolfpac" version of the faction. Throughout the years, the man they call Sting was able to stay relevant while still capturing championship gold and further cementing himself as a legend of World Championship Wrestling.
