The TV series No Matter The Change This Characters Always Playing On A Different Level…, created by an unlisted creator and produced by an unlisted studio, first premiered on April 27, 2026 in امریکہ. The series spans 0 seasons with 0 episodes, featuring the voices of an unlisted voice cast. It follows the story of Strike Todoroki got some new changes in a Season 16 2nd and a half anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They adjusted his beta hitbox so it’s not active for as long, gave his gamma a longer cooldown when only using one charge, and kinda reworked the gamma to allow him to jump off it at any point. This character was among the strongest way back in Season 1 of Ultra Rumble and even now in Season 16 that holds true. Despite being a grounded character he still has pretty good movement with the gamma ice slide, not to mention devastating stun combos, and great wake up catch pressure. His special action is among the strongest in the entire game too really solidifying how great he is /s. Let me know your thoughts on Shoto in the current state of the game. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Todoroki!
