Respected Judge, gave extremely important and untouched issues of practical case handling in the court of law. He gave an example of his concern with Electronic Evidence while remaining as CBI Judge. He dealt with Common Wealth Games scam and he was dealing with the enormous quantity of documents . He was the first person who initiated the conversation of documentary evidence into Electronic form and tried to get it accepted as primary evidence in the court of law. he focussed on the different dimensions of electronic evidences issues.

The Senior Advocate President, ISIL pointed out those specific instances when the government of India tried to overcome the short comings within the judiciary and related the two ends of appointment of judges to higher judiciary and on the other hand the basic structure of Independence of Judiciary.

We were obliged by the presence of Supreme Court judge Hon'ble Shree Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud at SGT University...... He has held position as Chief Justice of Allahabad High court and has also served as judge in Bombay High Court. Shri S.S. Prasad (IAS - Haryana 1984) visited SGT university on the occasion of Synergy -2018... In his speech he elaborated about the fact that there was no boundations to the process of learning and every new day brought something new to teach.
