The TV series The Story of nWo 2000, created by an unlisted creator and produced by an unlisted studio, first premiered on August 3, 2020 in an unspecified country. Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan changed the wrestling world by forming a heel group that would attempt to take over World Championship Wrestling, resulting in WCW defeating the WWF in the weekly television ratings. All good things must come to an end though, and by early to mid 1999, the nWo had drifted apart. When Vince Russo joined WCW as head of creative, he wanted to bring Bret Hart back into main event scene. Bret had been misused in WCW since his debut, and Russo saw the potential in raising Hart up to a spot that Russo felt Bret truly deserved. Within a month or so of Russo writing television, Bret was given the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. A month later, after a well documented match with Bill Goldberg at Starrcade 1999, Bret Hart turned heel, reviving the New World Order name in the process. This new version of the heel stable, known as nWo 2000, would also include The Outsiders, Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner and eventually The Harris Brothers. This video looks at the creation of nWo 2000, the groups brief run in WCW, and how it all fell apart within mere months.
