The Dangerous Alliance also lived in the AWA with original members Adrian Adonis and The Original Midnight Express, however it wasn't until Paul E Dangerously was relieved of his WCW commentary duties that the most well remembered iteration of the Alliance was born. The viewership numbers increased while The Alliance were on TV screens during early 1992, proving that fans were willing to tune into WCW television shows to see the faction. The Dangerous Alliance mainly feuded with Sting, Dustin Rhodes, Barry Windham and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, culminating in their excellent WarGames match in 1992 that is still remembered as one of the best cage matches in World Championship Wrestling History.
