The best thing to happen in Bengali screen over a long period of time. A perfect blend of humour and thriller which keeps you hooked to the screen. Super sleek dialogues and grey characters give you the perfect entertainment in this fast paced series. Bone tickling comic sequence adds the topping to the recipee. The script is tight with no loose ends. Subtle references to classic heists and thrillers are in store for observant audience. I will refer this movie as Ocean's 3 in future ;) Bengali film industry might just discover its Anurag Kashyap in the form of Abhijit Chowdhury(director)

Astey Ladies has a perfect mix of comedy, thriller and romance. The story and the dialogues are very well written, especially all the punchlines of the character Taani. Abhijit Chowdhury, the director of Astey Ladies, has great potential, given the fact he has not only directed the series, but also written the plot and dialogues. The best part is how the story revolves around three female protagonists, who do all the things the men in the story think women can't or shouldn't. There should be more such female oriented series. I hope the series get the acclaim and attention it deserves.

Normally maximum Hoichoi originals are loose on either script or direction, but this one scored high on story, script, direction and decent on acting. Liked really and worth your time if you love comedy Thriller

Director Mr. Abhijit has proven to have mastered the qualities of a succesful Chef! 🏆 You will enjoy the series. Although low-budget, the buffet offers various cusines for audiances with various tastes. Suspense, thrill, comedy, goofyness, cuteness, friendship, conspiracy, sex - you name it, you get it. And the last scene - he ends up the season 1 with a hints to the all time greatest male fantasy... Threesome... My verdict is, given chance, this director will rule the industry. He is perfectly ready for commercial success... Besties...!
