Except for Glover and O'Brien, the acting was third rate. Some parts were cute and the story had possibilities but the settings were uninspiring and the directing amateurish. Also thought that the brother's character should have played a more important part.

All the reviews saying the acting is good, what are you comparing that to? I've seen better acting in Hollyoaks. Every line is forced and has no emotion in it. The parents are the worst part, they cleary don't care about their children and treat everything like a joke. I'm not sure what message this film is trying to put across other than 'it's ok the neglect your kids' By the end of this film i was in a worse mood than before so it fails in every sense of a Christmas film

Enjoyed watching this movie. Movie for the whole family to watch. Some funny moments.

The acting of most the adults on this film is as bad as a crime as the original robbery. The plot is tired and used. I cannot say how bad this film was.

Weird how hallmark has kids cussing in a family rated movie. When her brother drops her of and they talk about a janitor "mop F-ing" she leaves the vehicle calling her brother a "D!ck" Horrible movie for children!

Wait what ...? Home alone ? This movie is really bad. It's basically home alone. This movie is about a girl that gets forgotten at school and have to fight bad guys , sounds familiar...right??? This really made me mad. They even had some home alone refuses like " wet bandits" this movie it was " ice cream truck bandits " and the mom and dad in home alone said " we did it again " and this movie the mom and dad said " we did again ". I would not recommend this movie. 🙄😡

Just a bad movie. The kid is a very far cry from a natural. She needs lessons. That blonde curly sue hair can't carry her. Bad parenting, bad acting, just a bad film I wasted my time on.

They should call this movie school alone. Three bumbling robbers...even a rip-off of the robbers from home alone "the ice cream truck bandits". Two parents who are negligent...how far do they work from where their daughter goes to school??? A loner who has a hidden talent and has a heart towards the lead child in distress. The bandits have two bags full of what seems like change...wowsers, they stole a hundred bucks in dimes and nickels! Even the dialogue is sad and terrible. I am giving this five stars anyway bc Danny Glover deserves better than this. For the sequel to this the girl goes to visit her brother in college at NYU and gets lost on campus...they'll call it school alone 2: lost in New York...University. 😂

The cast is decent, the acting is pretty good and the plot is familiar. I enjoyed this movie. This is a fun twist of the Home Alone movies.
