Kalank is BEAUTIFUL! It's a true masterpiece that contains all emotions, dreamy and stunning visuals, too-notch performances from the entire star cast, amazing and soulful music, and a story that stays with you for a long time! Each actor gives his/her best! It's a fresh story that can be easily classified as the epitome of love in modern Bollywood! Its genre is not action, thriller, masala, or romcom - it's a periodic love saga! Hence the audiences need to understand its pace and intensity, rather than sitting with expectations of a thriller or otherwise. Millions of fans of love stories (over the globe) are spellbound by the portrayal of Kalank's love story. To be honest, Zafar's love is still living inside many of them - audiences feel the eternal love in Kalank. True, there were some scenes that could've easily been taken-off - the bullfight scene especially. It would've made certain audiences happy with the length of the movie. However, periodic love stories are expected to grow slow alon with grandeur and great cinematic experiences - which is what Kalank is truly about.

Kalank is a must watch don't read the negative views but more watch it for yourself. The cinematography and dialogues were exquisite. Madhuri Dixit slates ad Bahaar Begum truly no one would have been able to pull of Begum like Madhuri Dixit. Varun did a tremendous job as Zafar. Sonakshi following though she had a short role she left an impact. Alia is a wondeful job and so did Aditya. I repeat please watch the move for yourself and enjoy it

Superb , deserves almost 10/10.What a direction, acting & cinematography.Must see for everyone.

What captured me the most is the cinematography in this movie, an eye candy. The cast did a great performance except for Sanjay Dutt, his role is forgettable. And queen Madhuri could have easily be given a bigger screening time. She has made her scenes very regal as always. The story could have been handled in a better way in some areas but overall acceptable. The VFX were terrible, I think it should have been given to a director with more expertise in this field. But the interiors & costumes are just amazing! The choreography is so colorful & engaging. The background music is world class. A bias reviewer would rate the movie from 10 to 6 the least. Any lower rating is unfair to the effort done to this beautiful movie. I would give it an easy 8/10 but gave it a 10 from the surprising negative & 1/10 ratings on this movie!
