The movie is so bad, so bad, SO BAD that you will feel your IQ dropping. Acting = 0/10 Story = 0.5/10 Direction = 0.5/10 Screenplay = 0.5/10 Cinematography = 1.5/10 Fight Choreography = 3/10 Verdict: UNWATCHABLE I don't think Meisha or Holly or Cyborg are superbad actresses, considering they acted almost as good as Ronda Rousey, but the truth is, they can still try their luck in big blockbusters with more action and less dialogues. Cyborg actually does look menacing in her role. So with proper direction, she should be able to land a role in the next Expendables movie.

This film takes place in the alternate universe of Camden, New Jersey where the guys are all buddies and get along and women constantly have beefs and fight each other...because they steal a purse? (Seriously that is what the first fight was about.) People pay to see women fight and there is a group called "the knock around girls" who all do fights for small money, but all want two thousand dollars so they can leave town and rent an apartment instead of living rent free in Gino's basement. The real money isn't made in these illegal street fights, but the other one no one knows about in "Fight Valley" whose first rule is don't talk about Fight Valley. Tori (Chelsea Durkalec) finds out about Fight Valley (something she didn't know about after fighting for how long?) and ends up dead. Her soft twinkie sister (Susie Celek) wants to know who did this and gets in shape for a fight in about half a music montage. The plot had a lot of holes in it. I am not sure where there is a "valley" in Camden or how the women had more testosterone than men. I guess if you like watching women pummel each other with a "Lifetime" drama, this is it. Guide: F-word. F/F sex. Nudity.

As a fan myself, I just felt the need to give this title a chance. What I found was beyond disappointing. A cast of AMAZING female fighters with not one good fight scene. Like hiring a crew of stunts and filming them laying on a couch for 90 min. The plot is dull, the acting makes you cringe. A nice movie to stare at our beloved girl warriors in costume, nothing else. 10/10 not worth it.

I thought about not wanting to waste my time to write this review, then I thought...it's my duty to warn my fellow movie watchers. I'm a huge fan of mma and was excited to see three of my favorite mixed martial artists. Miesha Tate, Holly Holm, and the amazing Cris Cyborg all in one film. Watching this film 'Fight Valley' almost made me feel ashamed that I'm a fan of the three. The story (if you wanna call it that) centered around the death of a female street fighter. Her sister comes home to mourn her and to seek revenge on the person(s) who killed her. Miesha a local fighter helps train the sister to become a fighter. Then they do a bootleg 'Rocky' training montage showing the sister in training. Weeks go by and after the training is over Miesha gives the sister the seal of approval telling her she's ready to fight. The sister sets up a money fight to face off with 'Cyborg', the one who (accidentally) killed her sister. Cyborg kicks the sister's butt and what seemed like 30 secs. The film ends with the sister telling Cyborg to say sorry for killing her (dead) sister. Cyborg saids "I do, every night"...the film ends. That's basically what the film is about and other then a few sloppy street fights and a unbelievable sloppy uncoordinated cage fight featuring Holly Holm. Oh yeah they even threw in a lesbian love scene. And no, none of the aforementioned mma stars do not strip or expose any sort of nudity. The acting itself was appalling and the fight choreography was sloppy, boring and amateurish at best. I almost fell asleep watching this film and I wasn't even tired?! So forget sleeping pills, watch this movie instead.

OK - so after reading some of ya'll's reviews, I just wanted to start by saying this: take a step back, take a breath and laugh it off. Is Fight Valley the best movie you will ever have the privilege of seeing in this lifetime? Absolutely not. But, I think we can all agree that A. it's cool to see some huge UFC stars outside of the ring and B. if you just look at it aesthetically, and remember that this was not a million-dollar Spielberg blockbuster, it's 90-minutes worth of Camden, New Jersey realness! Director Rob Hawk takes audiences on an interesting ride they can enjoy from the comfort of their couches. Miesha Tate, I have to say, was probably the most natural, for never having acted a day in her life. She keeps it cool, keeps it badass and serves up some serious potential to land some future acting gigs if she wants to! Also, I personally really dug the makeup. Even though the fight scenes weren't as nail-bitingly gritty as one would expect from a film featuring primarily fighters, the makeup and special effects were cool to see on the screen! It's a quick 90-minutes. Take it for what it is, sit back and enjoy!!

"No spoilers" My opinion of the movie "Fight Valley" appears to be different than other reviews written so far. I actually enjoyed a lot of aspects of the movie: I liked Meisha Tate's role as Jabs, even though she is not an actor she performed very well. I wouldn't mind seeing her in future films. Its refreshing seeing a fighter who has the potential to act. I liked Cabrina Collesides who played the role of Jamie, She was believable in her character. For instance, some of the girls it felt forced either the way they dressed or came off as a hardass, Cabrina just fell into the role smoothly like it was really her and not a character. She didn't seem to be "acting" for example, Yanni felt forced and far fetched trying to play a ghetto girl with an attitude. It seemed she did more googling of how to live in the hood then actually being in the hood. And Windsor (that's another thing all together, she was simply NOT good). Gracie, played by Ivy Lashawn Coleman did an amazing job as well. She was very intimidating on screen, always causing trouble and starting beef with the knockaround girls. And she was really pretty. Duke, played by Erin O'Brien was a pleasure to watch on screen. She brought it! She may be tiny but she's got fight. And all of these girls did a great job, so i disagree with some reviews here saying ALL acting sucked, because no not everyone was a shitfest. Windsor was a joke to watch, so maybe because she was the lead and had to carry the film, people don't look at the co-stars or supporting cast who played their roles without looking fake. Bottom line, Jabs, Jamie, Gracie and Duke KICKED ASS, and the score in the film really pumped me up when the fight scenes came about. As a whole, I give this movie an 8/10. Its a good movie (could've been better with the casting of certain roles) but all in all go grab some pizza and sit down and relax and watch this movie.

If it were a student film, they'd barely pass, despite their $27,000,000 budget! (Could've fed 14k African villages for a decade - yes, I did the math). Plot summary: remember that episode of friends, where Monica's millionaire boyfriend Jon Favrau wanted to suddenly become the UFC champion? That's the plot here, except with an all female cast in the ghetto. The script is as stale as Adam Sandler's rotten tomatoes average. The acting as stiff as the late Roger Ebert's jaw. Everything is awful. The sound, the cameras used, the editing, the sets, the make up, etc... The single redeeming feature this film has is it's numerous lingering shots of Miesha Tate's ass. Imagine Brock Lesnar reciting Shakespeare; same thing.
