Meanwhile, Carmen promises to let Hernan marry Stella should they succeed in putting up a pearl farm in San Narciso. Stella then wastes no time in pulling some strings in her eagerness to get the nod of the Cortes matriarch. However, her selfish deed comes at the expense of Rosa and the other fishermen. Hernan ties the knot with Stella, giving the latter a chance to wear the Cortes' clan's prime jewel, the nostalgia necklace. However, their marriage faces a major hurdle. Years later, Inno grows into a strait-laced man, a complete contrast to his happy-go-lucky brother, Oliver. Meanwhile, Eva works in a jewelry store in hopes of giving her family a better life. Later, her determination is put to the test when trouble comes her way. After quite some time, Inno and Eva once more cross paths in an accident at Binondo. This will make them remember their fruitful youth. Once nostalgia hits, will it intertwine the both them.
