Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti

This is a spectacular movie. The only thing that I know about Fumilayo Ransome-Kuti is that she was the first woman to ride a car 😭🥲. I didn't know the great influence she had on this country while she was alive and this movie shows one of them - the women protest in Ẹgba land. The relationship between her and her husband is soo good, and this must be one of the factors that helped in her political journey. Their Yoruba wasn't flowing very well cuz they mixed it with English and the most women then weren't illiterate, so that's not accurate. Everyone acted well. The FL even looks like the real FRK. I love the proverbs in this movie and it makes me want to learn Yoruba proverbs. Overall a good watch. 9.0/10 ❤️. Why did I watch this late tho 🤦🏾🥲?
