It follows the story of Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs Ingredients: • 1 lb bone-in chicken thighs • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp onion powder • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning • 1 tsp Adobo seasoning 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp rosemary • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning • 1 tsp lemon pepper • 1 tsp ground black pepper • 1 tsp dried parsley Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. 2. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This helps the skin crisp up. 3. Season: In a large bowl, drizzle the chicken with olive oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated. In a separate bowl, mix all the seasonings together, then sprinkle the blend evenly over the chicken. Massage the seasoning into the meat for maximum flavor. 4. Bake: Arrange the chicken thighs on the baking sheet, skin-side up. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy. 5. Broil for Extra Crispiness: If you want extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning. 6. Rest & Serve: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with a little extra dried parsley for a fresh touch.
