It's the second Yash Raj movie within a month and both lacking content. This movie has done zero justice to the character and amount of history it carries along. I didn't learn much about Prithviraj or Sanyukta or Ghouri after watching this movie. Utter lack of content and it was painful to sit through the movie. Music is below average and is not worth watching in cinema. Even the battles were lackluster. I have lost another 2 hours of my life. Thank you.

The way Rajputana's history has been and the events that have happened, I did not feel anything at all that it should be the story of Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan. You are showing the story of a warrior with empty twists, you are very disappointing.....
No character research.. waste of time and money... same acting from akshay sir in every movie ... Akshay Kumar misfit in this role, He isn't look like warrior and goodluck for in near future.
Is there anything true about this movie? They altered the whole history to prove a certain point (you can guess what it is). Adapted from a "fake book". Next time please do a little research before making a film. And nowadays I don't expect much from Akshay.
Apart from pathetic acting by Akshay Kumar, this a misleading movie and twisted history. As usual bollywood grandpa actors will do anything to be a hero.
My God, the end scene is so damn good. Akshay has put soul in each n every frame of the film, This movie is really good. It is seen with the family. It can tell about how true love can break all obstacles of war, hatred, misunderstanding of religion, etc. There is no reason to kill someone whom you have won. After watching this you will feel charming and comfortable.
Please Akshay Kumar..please retire gracefully...period. We need new generation of movies..not same old ding dong.please stop. Stop ..stop.. And please stop manipulation of public..by way promoting ...
A movie like this needed atleast 8-10 months shooting but the fact that Akshay Kumar completed this movie in 40 days tell you that he is just a money-hungry person, no wonder he is so eager to jump on other movies after finishing one. Also he is the worst casting ever, he looks like Bala from Houseful movies, not Prithviraj Chauhan. Throughout the whole movie, he had hilarious expressions on his face which I found really strange cause it wasn't supposed to be a comedy movie, yet it seemed like one. Disaster.
