While they are chatting, Yosuke chastises Hana for always taking a back seat in the conversation. This gets Hana thinking about the way she behaves. Love is about to spark between these lonely hearts - but who will end up with who? And could the balance of love be disrupted when Ayumu's brother arrives on the scene - with love plans of his own? This drama was based on a manga series of the same name by Eiko Tachibana, which debuted in 2019. The only thing mature about this J-Drama are the occasional moments of the 2 male leads. Don't particular care for the theme of best friends going for the same guy or girl and the worn out childish theme of the best girlfriend calling dibs on the guy that actually likes you. Then throw in the X girlfriend halfway through to cause a stir. All in all thought the 2 male leads did a good job acting - the 2 females were immature and scripting had the female lead being a people pleaser just yielding and apologizing for everything & that got infuriating after awhile. The ending is satisfying so not disappointed if watch to the last frame.
