Love in Winterland

At least for the first half of the movie, the lead male was a juvenile jerk. I pretty much just wanted him to go away, which is not what you want from one of your leads. The scenes with Tanner seemed much nicer.

Usually love Chad Michael Murray this one stinks him and Ally so boring so is Jack Turner Hallmark get new story lines dump reality dating shows get new writers please

I enjoy Chad Michael Murray, but the roles of the two lead actors, coupled with the obnoxious pushy mother was over the top ridiculous! Twenty minutes in, the tv was turned off; it turned me off ten minutes into the movie when I realized it was another despicable parent movie! Seriously bad, even for Hallmark! Check the credentials of the writer! Possibly too much of the reality bachelor type show! Not worth two hours of my life! You won't be sorry if you miss this one!

I could not get past the lead actress. She is extremely unlikable, surprising for a hallmark film. The film was also very boring. I agree with a fellow commentor it seems like the lead actress was annoyed or hated being there and ruined the energy of the rest of the cast. Yikes.

It is distracting to have the lead actress always dressed in bulky clothes and try to not let people notice she is over weight... wait to do the movie until she can wear appropriate clothing or get a different actress..

I Enjoyed This movie. I can't say it's one of my favorites, but it was still enjoyable. I love Italia Ricci. Her being post partum didn't bother me in the least! Hello folks! It's winter and people wear bulky sweaters and clothes anyways! Of course anyone would look a bit heavier! I cannot believe the pettiness of some people. She is a terrific actress and I look forward to seeing her in more movies. As for the storyline, it was cute. Had the happy ending we all like. Let's admit it...Hallmark movies are fairy tales for us adults 😊 They did a very similar dating show storyline, I think was set in the late summer or fall, where they went hot air balloon riding. I Enjoyed that one more. Sorry, but I can't remember the name of it! However, that doesn't mean this isn't worth watching. Relax and enjoy!

The move was cute! Yes, it is predictable but that's Hallmark for you. It's a feel good holiday movie. I'm a fan of the actors as well. I'd love to see more Chad Michael Murray and Italia Ricci. The comments about Italia Ricci's pregnancy are offensive. Many TV hide actresses pregnancies. It doesn't take away from the story line or her acting. Her acting is great. Who cares if shes in chunky sweaters in a Christmas movie.

The problem with this movie is it's "leading lady"! she's just mean, unkind and unlovable! I actually felt sorry for Chad! My one star is for him!

"Love in Winterland" is a Drama - Romance movie in which we watch a woman named Ally becoming the final contestant and she is chosen for the Hometown Date. There she will face her ex-boyfriend from high school and everything will become complicated. Since I did not have high expectations from this movie I was not disappointed by it, but I was at least expecting to be interesting, something that was not. "Love in Winterland" has a boring plot and it is full of cliché. The direction which was made by Pat Williams is not the best and I believe that he could have done a better job than that. Finally, I do not recommend this movie to anyone because I believe that there are far better movies to watch than so, do not waste your time watching "Love in Winterland".
