I do say it's a bit different from the first film. It's still FF, but somehow it's a bit more faster than slowburn this time? IDK, but that scene of Sara with Josef/Aaron in the hot tub made me feel VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It's not like I'm not used to see intimacy, it's just the aura and the way she massages the muscles of his neck like she wants to just end him right there is making me uncomfortable. The kiss too, and how they have some sort of chemistry when it comes to just talking about twisted things, VERY VERY WEIRD. I hate and love this film for how weird it made me feel. But overall, it's a nice watch but definitely much a faster pace than the first film and this one dives deeper into Josef/Aaron's life and story.

The first Creep was a relatively enjoyable found-fountage slowburner, with excellent performances from Duplass and Brice. This movie however, largely fails to build on the foundation set from the first, with the only result being some extra characterization for serial killer Josef/Aaron. The fact is, most of this movie is extremely boring by horror standards. The majority of the plot consists of Aaron being egged on and encouraged to be creepy by his new videographer (played by Desiree Akhavan), but adds up to a series of lingering and stale shots/discussion betweens two characters, one of which is a journalist ignoring every red flag possible and the other a serial killer constantly contemplating about murdering the other. Nothing serious happens until the climax-however you see most of the action obscured from about 20 feet away. I don't recommend this movie unless you want to watch an hour drag by for a 15 minute payoff.

Aaron is back and he's still insane. If you are a fan of the original Creep don't be put off thinking this is a shameless cash-in. It's brilliant and you'll love Aaron''s new look.

Duplass was a perfect psychopath /sociopath in the first 'Creep', which worked great on various levels, thanks to the claustrophobia, limited setting, lack of music and depending greatly on flawless acting. In this sequel, he looks like he is going to repeat the first trick, on a higher gear, but the chemistry and development between the two lead stars is amazing. Duplass shows more of his background, without giving away too much, or making sure whether he is lying or telling the thruth. He just adds layers and twists, without losing the charm of the first movie. While the series could end after this movie, I hope for a third and final movie.

Let me start by saying I absolutely loved the original 'Creep'. It took me completely off-guard by just how good it was. It was original, innovative, creative and crafty - not to mention very disturbing. When I heard there was going to be a sequel I had mixed feelings. I wanted to see more of this wonderful character, but I also didn't want to see him ruined by a poor follow-up film that couldn't live up to the original. My fears were unnecessary though because not only is 'Creep 2' a very well made film, it is possibly even better than the original. Three things make this film exceptional. The first one is obviously a given, the character of 'Aaron' who we already knew was a major strength. He's certainly different this time around, and I think that works even more so for the character. We get to see even more layers to an already incredibly complex character. The second thing that makes the film so strong is the character of 'Sara' (and also the performance of Desiree Akhavan). Wow, they simply could not have written this character any better. She was the ideal personality for us to see 'Aaron' have to deal with. The final thing that makes this a near perfect sequel is the fact that it takes the craziness up a level every chance it gets. We learn very early on that nothing is off the table. They are willing to push the boundaries as far as they will possibly go. I can't say enough good things about this film. Please if you get a chance make sure you see this it.

Solid sequel, still good at being unpredictable, but I feel as though the ending was really just leaving a window for a third movie opportunity, which in this case felt cheap, but great film

The actors of CREEP 2 play their characters convincingly, and they are what made the movie watchable. However, this sequel relied way too heavily on weird psychological tension between the two main characters rather than true horror. The pacing of the film had next to none of the suspense of the first movie. I never felt hooked by the plot, despite the good acting. Even if you liked the first CREEP, this one really isn't worth the watch.

Again, one word.....Nutcase!!! Apparently, the review was too short with the one line, so again, I will say , Nutcase!!

Personally I don't think the sequel is as good as the original, but if you've seen the first Creep movie and liked it then you'll probably like this one too. It has a lot of the same creepy elements and the same main antagonist. I think it's a bit more shallow than the first film and doesn't explore the creepy themes to the same extent, but it definitely has its moments that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This is a movie that has no business being made. The first Creep film was quite good because it told a story. This movie expands on the backstory and the psychology of the killer but it's just too slow and too many long speeches without any action. The character's are not very interesting and sitting through this film feels like...murder.
