I recently asked a small group of my clients to ask me anything (within reason). These were members of my entry level training system Boxing Training Foundation and my intermediate to advanced system Close Range Fight Control. I was eager to ensure that my clients had an effective option to get more full and expansive answers to their questions. I can provide answers in writing, but responding on video feels like a much better option. I certainly hope that you gain some good insights from this video.
