Lagu ini menceritakan bagaimana kita harus menghargai waktu dan jangan sampai melewatkan banyak kesempatan. Video klipnya sendiri menceritakan tentang perkenalan seorang barista dengan pasangan hidupnya dimasa depan. Diproduksi selama 2 hari, video klip Waktu dikerjakan berbeda dengan video klip Endank Soekamti lainnya. Jika di video sebelum-sebelumnya selalu melalui tahapan Color Grading untuk menambahkan warna yang mendukung cerita, kali ini kami hanya mengolah warna di kamera dan sumber daya manusia (crew) yang ada. Selain mengambil set di berbagai spot tersembunyi di Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya untuk scene drama, Endank Soekamti juga melakukan scene perform di set lokasi yang berbeda dengan video klip sebelum-sebelumnya. Set perform kali ini warna-warni dan pop, menggambarkan pesan di lirik lagunya tentang waktu yang dilalui dengan segala suka dukanya yang harus kita manfaatkan sebaik mungkin.
