Today’s video is a delicious creamy samp with mushrooms recipe. This is a South African classic for Sunday lunch. It's best served with stews for a warm and hearty feel. You can do without the cheese if it overpowers the flavours, however, it does add a delicious taste to the samp. A milk and flour paste is a great substitute for fresh cream. Use whatever you have in your kitchen. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Please don't forget to like, comment and subscribe.
