I'm so glad that I discovered Dr Hawkins work. It seems as though an increasing number ofgreat scientific minds are studying this amazing field. Dr Hawkins devoted so many years to learn and help people. It's not too hard to believe that gratitude makes you feel good and feeds on itself; "sharing " this positive emotion. On the other side of this, we've all been around negative people who seem to suck the energy out of the room. Like attracts like, so awareness is key and learning to let go of lower energy is a blessing.

About 2 weeks before finding this book. I asked the universe how to surrender. THANK GOD my pray was answer so detailed and precisely. I know my world is changed. I surrender.
It is very scientifically inaccurate. I was done as soon as the narrator started talking about auras and how by changing the color of your aura you can even influence the aura of plants.
