Good movie!
People are being too critical I think, for a shark movie today it wasn't too bad. Decent acting, decent effects, decent shark, obviously there's gonna be bits when you're like 'why would you do that' but hey how else you're gonna get people eaten by sharks. Was entertaining, maybe could've done more with script and such but overall not too bad.
This film start with an underwater scene, and a bunch of people partying scene! As turnout, this film is about a bunch of people need to survive from the killing of the shark on the middle of the ocean, after their jet ski been crashed! Entire film full of boring conversation, and annoying overuse scene! Such as, overuse of the arguing scene, overuse of the calling names scene, overuse of the yelling scene, overuse of the jump scare scene, overuse of the swimming scene, overuse of the staring scene, overuse of the floating with the jet ski scene, and overuse of the using smartphone's flashlight scene! Make the film unwatchable! At the end, only Nat survive from the killing of the shark! That's it! Another disappointed film!
Enjoyed this movie.. it was nothing that haven't been seen before but the acting was good and MOST of the time you didn't notice the green screen :), and the practical effects/makeup was quite good. The characters DID make a lot of really stupid mistakes and of course having the shark target people near and far was a bit.. meh But all in all, it's a decent movie for a movie night.
Nothing new or spectacular, but besides underwhelming but serviceable CGI, I was well entertained. Acting is decent, and there are some tense moments. All in all pretty decent B Movie.
I know the people in these movies have to be unsympathetic douchenozzles so the audience enjoys them being massacred, but this one really overdoes it. I was siding with the shark two minutes into the film, and it took half an hour before it even showed its fin. After that, it's just a couple of people being dragged under the surface and some underwater scenes that are so dark you barely see anything. Way too little, way too late.
I beg you not to even try to see this film believe me and hear from me that I wasted my time seeing this meaningless film. Awful and very weak actors, useless special effects, meaningless stories without content, no special excitement in the film and... . I believe that the author of this film, one day in drunkenness, decided to write this script and created his most worthless work. In the film, the actors speak without a specific and content dialogue, and the film ends in the most awful way possible. Hear from me don't waste time on this awful movie. If you're looking for excitement, this film can't meet your needs at all, there's a senseless shark in the film without any charm, and that doesn't remind you of jaws and even the likes of that movie.
I enjoyed this shark movie. Sure its not a classic like Jaws, but the story was alright, acting was decent, the action was good and it had blood and gore. Definitely worth a watch.
