After losing his hair at WrestleMania and losing the ECW Championship, McMahon lost his way and he began acting very strangely on TV. To cheer Vince up, a special "Vince McMahon Appreciation Night" was held on Monday Night Raw, but it turned out that not many folks were lining up to show the boss some appreciation. Vince McMahon Appreciation Night ended with Vince getting into his limosuine, and the limo exploded. The mystery of who set up the limosuine was going to drive WWE television for months. The demise of Mr. McMahon would be the main storyline presented on Monday nights as wrestlers blamed one another and the McMahon family were also supposed to be deeply involved in the angle.
