A lucrative offer was made to bring Razor Ramon and Diesel to World Championship Wrestling, and the future of professional wrestling would be changed forever when Nash and Hall made their WCW debuts in 1996. The Outsiders were booked as invaders from the WWF who had come to WCW to take the company over. This storyline, inspired by Eric Bischoff's recent trips to Japan, would really catch on with wrestling fans of the 90s. Vince McMahon, however, was not happy with how his former superstars had been portrayed on WCW television shows, and the WWF would bring WCW to court over the creative booking of The Outsiders in WCW.
