Kids love it, and that's what count most... it's kids movie so that's the most important part of it.
Ok, I'm not going to give this a 10. It's not the best movie ever made. But come on. I seriously believe that the only reason people are giving this a low rating is the very same reason that I am giving it a high mark. I'm just willing to be honest about it. I went into this bound and determined to hate it. From the description, and given today's "social" climate, I was expecting some liberal propaganda. Try as I might, I could not find a single thing to hate about this film. Yes, it is preachy and yes the theme has been done to death. But, then again, what in hollywood hasn't been? Even with the heavy handed morality tale, this was still a fun, enjoyable movie. The singing was a bit much, but most shows aimed at kids are. It helps keep their attention. There was a real plot. The voice acting was just fine - so what if the actors didn't pretend to be someone their not? It's a cartoon people! If you want a movie that the entire family can sit and enjoy together, this is it.
I love this happy-go-lucky story with charming characters and precious plot points. I also love that the plot is mild enough for our toddler! I loved the musical element and so enjoyed hearing some of my favorite artists perform as actors and singers! It makes me sad to see the arrogance of some of these reviews. With a husband in the animation industry, I've learned so much about the countless elements that play into making a movie. Not every movie will be to Disney/Pixar standard. Not every studio has the lush cash flow to spend limitless time and resources. But that doesn't mean such movies don't have merit or that they can't connect with viewers. There's a kind and respectful way to say a movie wasn't your favorite, considering the people who put in the hard work of making it and those who DID enjoy the movie.
When you see people rate a movie like this 10/10 then you know there is something dodgy going on. So they really rate this movie higher than Ice Age, Incredibles, Toy Story, Zootopia and others? Come on, really? 5/10 is already a stretch for this movie. Even the acting of the dolls were sub-par, low budget quality. It was one of the most boring, weird and and just plain stupid movies i have seen in a long while. Not even the so called message could save this disaster. If you are under 12 then you might enjoy the movie, but for the rest of you, stay away. You have been warned.
I totally loved this movie! It was amazing in my opinion. I loved the music, the plot, the characters, everything in this film! It almost made me sad for some scenes! I would it a 10/10!
We love this movie. It is colorful, the characters are cute and loveable, the songs are very-very good in awesome presentations of great performers, and the whole story has a very important yet simple message. The law rating hardly understandable for me, maybe people excepted something else, or adults vote only, and this is obviously not an adult animation action movie. It is hard for us to find suitable movie for children under 3, but I really can recommend it for the little ones, because there are no evil and frightening characters and way too exciting actions. The whole movie is cute and kind, BUT also not annoying for the parents, which is also very important.
They sing to much... Need more story less sing that is boring...

This was one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. It isn't your typical show. The message is great though, and it is so adorable. Spoiler alert, I think the ugly dolls are cuter. If it weren't for the incessant songs, I would give it a 10.
