With over 40–50 million pre-registrations and more than 100 million downloads shortly after launch, many believed PUBG: New State was the future of the PUBG franchise. But today, the game struggles with low engagement, declining player activity, and minimal presence in esports and streaming. In this video, we break down what really went wrong with PUBG: New State. From timing issues and optimization problems to identity confusion and the massive impact of BGMI’s comeback in India, this is a complete analysis of how a game with everything going for it slowly lost its audience. We also explore why Indian players treated New State as a temporary option, how low-end device performance hurt retention, and why strong launch numbers don’t always mean long-term success. This is not just the story of PUBG: New State, but a lesson about mobile gaming markets, player expectations, and why familiarity often beats innovation. If you ever played PUBG Mobile, BGMI, or New State Mobile, this video will help you understand the real reasons behind New State’s decline and what Krafton could have done differently. #PUBGNewState #PUBGMobile #BGMI #IndianGaming #MobileGaming #PUBGNewStateMobile #GamingAnalysis #Krafton #EsportsIndia #GamingDocumentary ---------------------------------------- Note: This content is our original work and is protected by copyright.
