Good movie!
source: A Feral World
I really enjoyed this movie! Check it out if you're a fan of The Road.
This movie really Makes me think About how I view the world through the use of Interesting charcters, a multifacted deeply layered Story, and the use of incite and four shadow wing. The setting on this movie is in a post-apocoliptic "Feral" world which is something I don't thing iv'e ever seen in a movie, especiallu old movies without colors. The cinematics and visuals of this movie is something I can really learn to Appreeshiate too because i Think its ugly and Brown on purpose be cause it reflects the situaion the Charcaters are in. I think that is a really smart weigh of showing people that the world is seriously m*ssed up (lol). Through the use of Graphics, a good script, and cool actors, David Lieban makes a name for himself in Colorado's indie film Scene. The charactr I really liked in this movie has got to be the villain because he was intresting and deep. I also Really Also Like how he is basically forcing these Kids into doing Whatever He thinks is best for them becuase he is a bigly controling man. The boy In The Move is Really Cool, and Really (Surprisngly B*d*ss). He has Sharp witted ten danceys and I think that is honestly Really inturusting to sea in a boy so Young, Escpecially bedause he Has so MUCH chemistlry with the daughter. (*jar jar voice activtes* YOUSA MAking a BERRY BERYY LUBLY COUBLE *jar jar voice out*). The Mother was Another character in this movie, The DANGERS of Running from a Gang of an*ry kids is a theme in This Movie, that I think alot of peop;e my age can realate to as well (Kids these days amirite?) (haha Lot Of Laughs" ) Another part Of This Mocie I really liked was the part by the Train because growing up I used to live by Train Tracks and it reminded me if that. Through the use of Graphics, a good script, and cool actors, David Lieban makes a name for himself in Colorado's indie film Scene. A big thing I was really worried about be for seaing this movie was the technically graphics of the movie and... *drumroll pleas dundudndundudndnd* The Movie Reallly Amazed me with how cool and realist the CGI effects looked. I was Honestly T*rrifi*d at the robot bugs that the villin could control with his mind. because they could REALLLY do som d*m*ge to an in a cent child or dog or cat. If I saw those monsters in reel life I would b forced to run away and hide in an garbage can (LMFAO JKJK). Through the use of Graphics, a good script, and cool actors, David Lieban makes a name for himself in Colorado's indie movie Scene. The Movie is all so well ritten. The themes im the movie making me thing About other people in this wourld be sides just me :)) , The humor in the movie Surprised me Too, especially the part where the bees ate the dog. David lievan carves out a name four himslef in the colorado movie indie scene by using cool charactrs cool graphic and in a cool setting that is very Unique
What stood out most to me in my viewing of A Feral World was the director and his crews work being executed so well as to create a living, breathing world with characters that exist comfortably in the space. In no way is the title recognizable as your standard fare post apocalyptic saga we've seen before. There are no hoards of zombies, or needles, preachy sermons about the ills of society/the darkness of humanity having caused the catastrophe through which we see Sonny and Emma survive. Instead, Liban gives his viewer a rich character study wrapped in themes of friendship, loyalty and literally coming-of-age (the actor portraying Sonny ages a few real time years throughout the film). A thoroughly enjoyable watch.
Feral World is a gem of a movie. A thoughtful young boy making his way through a post-apocalyptic world encounters various characters along the way. Most are just trying to survive, but some are pure evil. The Road meets Lord of the Flies meets Boyhood. Beautiful scenery, cool locations (are they real or staged?), loads of young talent I expect to see more of on the big screen. Outstanding effects too, though some scenes are not for the faint of heart.
While the pace of the film and the cinematography pull you deep into this post-apocalyptic world, it is both an escape from and a parallel to our current reality. The acting is astonishingly effective, even the dog.
Never heard nor seen so many deadpan actions and readings of script in such a dreary tale. The sci-fi elements brought nothing to the story, and sadly that is what was supposed to be the big catch.
I wasn't expecting much before watching feral world but after watching boy was I surprised in a good way the acting was decent especially by the two main actors the daughter and jasper were also good the special effects were really good and the storyline was good too also I really liked the ending If you like the road and the walking dead then a feral world is right up your alley This movie shows that you can make a good movie with good acting and special effects on a small budget as long as you know what your doing I really can't believe the negative reviews on here yes it's low budget if you want a overpriced overrated Hollywood blockbuster with Big actors look elsewhere but if you love end of days movies and have an open mind and are tired of the the same old movies from Hollywood than watch feral world Highly recommended
Very entertaining watch. I found the whole cast to be very watchable and the real time aging adds a wonderful element. It is an intriguing plot that doesn't give too much away. The pacing is excellent and I would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good story about struggle, friendship and a power hungry villan.
