Good movie!

Aarattu movie feels like Mohanlal birthday mashup video or tribute vedio. Movie filled with Mohanlals old movie scenes and bgms. The filmmaker himself proved he is not capable of creating new one. As Like Mohanlal said in an interview the movie is watchable to telegu viewers because its making is like tollywood style. Disapointing movie and Disapointing to see Legent actor like Mohanlal commiting to these type of movies.

Mohanlal, of late has lost his talent to detect good scripts. The film Aaarattu although set up on a generic Indian masala action flick, it lacks its serious tone midway with dialogue sand references to the star's previous films. The references keep on going to an extent that it turns irritating. Mohanlal may have shed his sloth like acting and reclaimed his energy post "Marakkar" and " Big Brother", but the script is garbage. For a man who penned "Cid Moosa" "Runway" "Twenty Twenty", this is rock bottom. Udayakrishna seems incapable of bringing in quality to his scripts post his break with Sibi K Thomas who also isn't doing well. Pulimurugan, Masterpiece, Aarattu.. Udayakrishna needs to reevaluate his thoughts and ego. With all the film references, jokes that doesn't hit anywhere and a lead full of energy with nowhereto go, this is Mohanlal's version of "Shylock" This film is barely watchable thanks to Mohanlal and Siddique. The action sequences were well choreographed although it suffers from excessive anti gravity. Rest is pathetic. Rahul Raj's BGM felt good initially, but listening on loop made it unbearable. Maybe a good watch for Mohanlal fans. Avoidable for movie lovers.

Not expected such a blunder movie from LAL ettan again. Very bad script and cant tolerate this for more than an hour. Not an entertaining movie to a normal audient. For such an utter flop movie, don't know why fans are giving hype like this... Disappointed up to the maximum. .

I went expecting a narasimham kind of movie. With lots of drama, emotions etc. But I liked this more, though the story and style was different. This also has quality drama and emotional scenes but not the ones like in Narasimham. The comedy timing is birlliant - reminds me of his Kilukam days. And all the new actors also have done brilliantly like Mohanlal. I lost track of time. Lots of comedy, action etc. All with a good story. Surely, if you go for a serious - analytical - intellectual movie, you wont get it. This is purely a fun light entertaining movie. Overall, I just loved it. Hope he does many such different variety roles.

Worst movie, don't waste time and money, if you liked Vaamanapuram busroute you will like this too.. but if you are a hardcore lal fan go for it you may like it ...

Oh my god. What did I watch? Why did I watch it! I have to go back and watch an old Mohanlal movie to recover from this! Cannot believe why would someone make such a movie and why would Mohanlal agree to act in a movie like this. Disappointed!

A Power Pack Entertainment Movie From Mohanlal, B. Unnikrishnan & Udhayakrishna. Definitely You Can Enjoy This Movie With The Whole Family & Friends. Fight Sequence Are Awesome. Laletta,At The Age Of 61.. How Did You Do All This Actions. Wow Hats off . Must Watch In Theater's.

Feels disappointed to see Mohan Lal is fading @ 60 his intelligence of script picking beyond God's Imagine. Does he read or just trust his close associates. Who all are his closed associates? Anthony, Priyadarshan (CC) Copycat, Sameer Hamsa ,Mukesh, Suresh etc Mohan lal read your script and pick up s great story not like Unnikrishnan filmography which is is trending downwards .

Trailer was way better than the movie. And two minutes silence for those who went for the first show like me. Expected a lot more from superstar like Mohanlal especially while choosing scripts. Disappointed😕!!
