So many loopholes, poor plot. First: Why did they hand over the convicted father to the kidnappers when he could have been used as a trade for the kidnapped president? Second: Why were there no police waiting at the basement exit of the palace? That’s why the kidnappers were able to escape. Third: Why did the pilot, who was disguised as a police officer on the plane, reveal that he was actually a cop at the exact moment he had a chance to shoot? The other kidnappers immediately shot him because of that.
