In custody in New York, Detective James Knight finds himself in the middle of a jailbreak led by The Christmas Bomber, a brutal fanatic whose Santa Claus disciples are terrorizing the city. With the promised return of his badge in exchange for taking out the terrorists, the steely-eyed Knight doles out mercy for the just...and merciless justice for all the rest..... The second film in a trilogy surrounding detective Knight, once again played by Willis. Once again, due to his illness, I will not comment on his performance. Peace Bruno.. From Halloween to Christmas, this film has a thing about seasonal masks, and I for one cannot wait to see what they do with the final film. Thanks heavens that Lochlyn Munro decided to get out of bed for this one, as he's as hilarious as you'd expect him to be, wheeling around in his mobility aid asking questions and shooting his gun for the hell of it. This one has something to do with that ex sports pro from the first one and his family being kidnapped for some reason or another. The film doesn't amount to much, it has a Christmas fell to it, there is a weird subplot involving a prison guard who is religious, and it all ends with a decent shootout where a bad guy survives being shot multiple times so he has something to do with the third film. It's mercifully short, and just gets straight to the point, but it's still missing something. Let's hope the third film is the greatest film ever made.

I have simply written a review because of the mindless idiots saying awful stuff about Bruce Willis who Cleary have no idea what they are on about. If they were movie fans or indeed Bruce Willis fans Thet would know he is ill and this is why he is not in many scenes and looks confused disinterested or puzzled! It's because of his ongoing dementia. Have a heart and do your research before being so horrible to a very talented actor who has simply tried the last few years but has now had to retire! This guy gave us die hard twelve monkeys the fifth element and many more he is a legend and will be sorley missed in the movies!!

James Knight (Bruce Willis) is no longer a cop after the events of the first movie. He is in jail with Casey Rhodes (Beau Mirchoff) as they wait for their trial. A Christmas-themed bank robbery gang led by evil Santa Ricky Conlan (Paul Johansson) is hounding the city. The first movie is almost passable. I really like Beau Mirchoff in that one. He is able to do the heavy lifting in place of Bruce. Bruce is not doing well. I am surprised to see that he did so many movies in his last year. I am shocked that he did a trilogy of these movies. This one struggles mightily as he becomes more the lead character again. He cannot lead anything at this point in his illness. For some reason, this one turns into a comic book story. They're trying to make evil Santa into a Joker-like figure. It's really bad.

This is the second of three films about Detective James Knight (Bruce Willis) The most dangerous piece on the board. The second film does not do a very good job of character introduction or recapping the first feature. There seems to be an assumption you are familiar enough with it that the brief flashbacks and refreshers are enough. Knight is in prison for his behavior as a rogue cop. The man (Corey Large) who shot his partner (Lochlyn Munro) and placed him in a wheelchair is also there. There are bank robberies across the city by men in Santa coats and rubber masks. We know the leader of the gang is the prison preacher (Paul Johansson). He causes a prison break. Knight is reluctantly given his badge back because all the CSI and FBI in the world can't catch this guy . Once again Willis doesn't move too fast. He doesn't look slow because his partner sits in a wheelchair. This is just a bad guy, shot 'em up film. About as good as the first one which isn't saying much. Yes, I can wait for the next. Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Really!? What a pile of cheap crap. The acting is soooooo bad, the storyline is horrible and what the hell Bruce Willis? Is he desperate for money or what!? Total waste of one's time. There is so much better quality stuff out there across all genres. Who actually thought this was worth producing? Were they drunk, delusional or both? Incredibly disappointed in Willis on this one. I was embarrassed for him and the rest of the cast. Hard to understand how anyone could be entertained by this, even for a moment. Watched it through because I just couldn't believe it wasn't gonna get better, or there was something I was missing. Willis isn't that great of an actor compared to others, but usually much more entertaining and there's a storyline that is plausible, but this.... I expect predictable from this kind of movie, of course, but this one... if it was paper, it wouldn't even be good firestarter. Sooooo bad.

I've no idea who Edward Drake s, but I'll be sure to avoid anything else with his name on in the future...... Christ on a bike this was dull, dreadful acting and overacting by 70 percent of the crew. Poor plot, full of holes, like a fine Swiss cheese . Broken, hotchpotch of a plot, I nearly nodded off, but I'm a sucker for punishment, so I watched til the end. I can only imagine Bruce Willis read the script and thought it'd be an easy day at the office, or maybe he was a bit skint? Throughput the movie he looked almost as bored as I did, in the reflection of the 43.5'' screen. Thank god I didn't have to pay to watch it ! All in, the main issue was, it was around 1 hour 37 minutes too long.
