Ishq e nadaan is a romantic drama film directed by avishek ghosh. Its a sweet, feel good film. The writing never complicates the screenplay to let you feel overpowered by the events. What it complicates is the relationship timelines. Two timelines on a father and daughter are shown, so there should be a era gap between the two. But the cinematography and writing makes us feel that both are set in the contemporary world, and they might be stranger and not father and daughter. The cinematography never gets the chance to blossom because the film refyses to go beyond the four walls of the house. It never treats mumbai as a living persona but only as an abstract idea only. Shriya pilgaonkar and suhail nayyar get the believable arc. They gel together nicely, and give us a good arc. There are problems with some ideologies with the strong female shown in the arc, but its negligible. Mohit raina and lara dutta too act their heart out in their segment. Lara is still very exuberant with her performance. She is still a very capable actress. Same with mohit raina, very believable and understated. Neena gupta and kanwaljit singh, though adept in their work, don't share the infectious chemistry to pull off the segment. Also, the writing lags with their story. The dialogues are beautiful. There are lines on love, life, relationship dynamics. The poetry through mohit's voice too adds a dimension to the scenes. The songs and background music is praiseworthy. A sweet, feel good film, could have done better with the timeline and screenplay.

Its a total craft , the dialogues, the screenplay , the poetries and the message. Loved it. Ishq-E-Nadaan. Neena Gupta ji she is magic and the charmer of the movie Mr. Mohit Raina amazing amazing amazing , the character he portrayed of Ashutosh Rane , loved the character. All over every person have its own tales and message they conveyed, and yes the most touch to heart seen was when the house help of Shreya ji tell that its not about who boss the house, its that house is of both husband and wife no need to rule just live together happily. What matters is happiness, do not forget your happiness in the large circle of life.

Sameer lodaya The movie is yet another example of childish anthologies... Senior actors which are seen majorly in all series and movies should do some good potential character rather than repeating same kind of roles which makes their screen presence boring..only Suhail played well rest all were below average..Mohit and Lara were wasted.. The stories did not have that strong effect of deepening love or emotion or pains which are essentials in a love story moreover it was very childish and unacceptable... Not a single story was up to the mark of a love story... Sorry for the negative reviews....

Seriously amazing to watch this movie for the person of every age. The way multiple life and situations carried out through the different stories going together. That's how the life goes on, I felt that this is not just a reel-life story it feels like real life stories. Everyone can connect with some character of the story. Friendship and love at every age is represented very well from young age to 40s and older age as well. Loved watching this movie and even we can recommend everyone to watch together with family as well... Total 6 very different life stories and all of them connected at the end is amazing...
