A 40-something single man, high on life, finds out that he has a 21-year-old daughter. .., Will he become responsible father or continue to live his free-spirited life ..!! Thts the story..!! "Kya main lagta hoon unhappy married types?" asks Saif to 21-year-old Tia (Alaya F). Minutes later she drops a bomb on him revealing that he is her father. The film is highly entertaining in the first half when the narrative is light. The pace drops in the second half. Especially, for single men who want to fly solo all their life. But in the end, 'Jawaani Jaaneman' comes out a winner with its contemporary story that showcases complex human relationships with fun-filled attitude. This is a good story about relationships. Saif Ali Khan and Aalia F have given excellent performance in the father-daughter duo. The comedy is more natural than slap-stick. It is n entertaining movie.

Nothing new it like a old script with new scene, direction was bad and in which saif acting was over acting

Some have reviewed this movie about having a deep message. A coming of age story! Seriously? Was I watching the same movie? Pathetic acting, amateur 'comedy', embarrassing dialogues are just some of the highlights. Hindi actors trying desperately to act like their Western counterparts, just shows their own insecurities. So, basically, shoot a movie overseas, show lifestyles that they wouldn't show if they lived in India (cos its against our culture, but in UK these things are normal!). Basically have a paid holiday. Alaya is quite pretty but just being pretty doesn't cut it. She is so not prepared or trained to act. Just like numerous other such young Hindi film entrants, the trend is to have good hair, skin, figure, wear skimpy clothes and have a great social media following. Done! Movies here I come! Tabu is wasted - sad! Saif looks tired and bordering on old age, not middle age. Here's a question - why does every time there's supposedly a funny scene, the background score is always an annoying Dhol preceded with 'Hadippa'? That the best our guys can do? Don't watch this even if you are in quarantine.

Simply great. This movie is a masterpiece of excellence by the actors, the director and the production. Hats off to the director for making such a wonderful piece of art. Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Saif Ali Khan, Jay Shewakramani aka the producer, you guys are awesome. Thank you so much for trying this kind of content. Superhit. 10 on 10

Don't watch such a joker type movie....It is a totally wrong copy of some old bollywood and hollywood movies...It a just a old cocktail....

Complete waste of time. The same old fashioned poorly made sex comedy. Don't waste time and money.

After watching this movie for the first 1 hour, I made up my mind that it's really below average. Quite below average, and can't be considered good at all. It is coming of age adult kinda, but lacked good entertainment completely. Saif was amazing no doubt. He was the charm of the movie. Little Alaya was cute too. But, when right from minute one after one hour, it turned hilarious and very emotional. It left me speechless in splits. I hadn't expected this movie to be this good. Man, Saif was sensational. I loved the movie, enjoyed the second half of it. I loved quite a few roles in this movie. Acting was awesome. Saif's brother was awesome. You must go for this one. There were a lot of mistakes I found, but it's fine. May not be strongly considered as more than one time watch.
