This movie is way underrated, but it's way up there with serious top draw brutal movies. I think many people don't like it due to the ending, but you have to bear in mind not all movies are supposed to have run of the mill happy endings and this one certainly doesn't disappoint. I also think it doesn't have a particularly high rating because many people are unaware of it, and you either love it or hate it. Brilliant! Bring on another!!

People that say this movie have a brilliant story is plainly lying. This movie have the start of one but then just stops caring. If you are one of those people that enjoy hammering together your own story from this be my guest , but since the director and writer of this train wreck did not care why oh why should we? The only thing in this that have any quality is the score.I don't mind solving a puzzle now and again but when the give you this mess that clearly is missing pieces that just makes you angry. The actors in this poor mess do what is expected of them but sadly nothing they do have a snowballs chance in hell of saving this.

Kill List starts off a bit slow but by the end of the movie you will be sitting on the edge of your chair. Kill List is a movie you won't forget that easy. Especially in the beginning the movie is so extremely realistic that it could have been a reality show, slowly fantasy is added but you know that the things you see are happening, somewhere and right now. Two ex army start off as contract killers when they return from Iraq. Normal people, with strong values about what's right and wrong. Jay is a family man, a loving father, and Gal believes in God. Like in the army they kill bad people for the good people. "They are bad people. They must suffer." , "I have never done any real bad sh.t" , says Gal when they are confronted with some real bad people. - It's one of those movies I'll be watching again and again.

What a waste of time no wonder the u.k film industry is in a bad state complete waste of lottery money, its slow, boring and very bad acting yes it may have the odd death scene but that doesn't make any the film good if the rest is painful to watch as for the reviewers who said this is good they must have either been paid or been apart of the film save your money and time and avoid like the plague. oh and another thing its stupid we have to write 10 lines about a pile of sh*t, all that people want to know is that the film any good or worth watching I don't normally review films but couldn't believe all the hype about this film. IN ONE WORD THIS FILM IS AWFUL.

I wish there was an option to give this movie zero stars, or negative stars. Kill List is absurdly bad. It's a cloying, desperate attempt at making a movie full of symbolism and meaning. But its makers have only succeeded in making a movie that falls apart at its end as it tries to leave the viewer with some sort of ethics or morality lesson. If I could gather every copy of this movie in existence and destroy them, I would do so as a service to humanity. Even if the message succeeded, it is so obvious as to be useless. Watch this movie at your own risk and be prepared for a completely unsatisfying ending that renders the whole viewing experience a waste of time.

I registered for IMDb just so that I could post a review about how terrible this film is. The frustrating part is that it had so much potential, but ended as a total cop-out, with all of the tantalizing tidbits relegated to unresolved loose ends, which made the entire film cheap and poorly conceived. I have never been so disappointed with a film in my life. Save yourself the trouble, and leave this one on the shelf. I think a third grade child could do a better job of tying the plot points together without resorting to such cheap tactics and so many open, non- concluded elements which turn out to be nothing more than strange twists for the sake of misleading the audience into false hopes of something real and valid happening at some point during this sloppy, murky, steaming dung pile of an outcome. Gal's character was great, and thankfully he didn't live to see this world-class failure come to its awful finale. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.

KILL LIST (2011) ***1/2 Neil Maskell, MyAnna Buring, Michael Smiley, Harry Simpson, Emma Fryer, Struan Rodger. Absorbing thriller about a pair of British hit-men (Maskell and Smiley very affable …and deadly!) who enlist in an unholy, increasingly disturbing job that ultimately entails a violent, sinister and occult laden journey into hell, which puts a wedge between them, imperiling themselves in the process. Rookie filmmaker Ben Wheatley (who co-scripted the taut screenplay with Amy Jump) crafts a unique hybrid of a Guy Ritchie bloke pulp fiction yarn with a WICKER MAN terror fest that jolts properly and unflinchingly evokes its visceral charms and bloodletting with swift economy. The talented ensemble work exceedingly well enabling the seemingly normal sociopathic with unerring ease until its fated final acts with screw-tightening intensity and pulse-pounding horror. A true indie gem worth searching for; see it!!

Terrible movie. I'm baffled by the high scoring reviews by the Press and IMDb members. We've come a long ways in Horror films and I'm not sure that's always a good thing. The first half hour is a total bore, the middle brutally violent scene could easily have been trimmed with no effect on the outcome - it's only there to appease the 'torture crowd'. And the finale is stupid and confusing. The thick accents make it impossible (for Americans) to decipher a majority of the dialogue, not helped by the fact that half of it is mumbled at a low volume. Well shot and aptly directed, but that only makes me give it a 2/10. A complete waste of time.
