Description
The comedy film Plenty Trouble!, starring Mike Afolarin, Gabriel Afolayan, Abayomi Alvin, etc., directed by Ema Edosio, was released on January 1, 2018 in Nigeria. This movie is a standard for nollywood. You can notice that the young leads are new at acting, but their natural charisma and group dynamics provides the soul and humour of this effortless enterprise. Casting them was the success, but shooting in the background of the Lagos slums with characters in their natural element makes this a success. It's said this movie didn't have a wide release in Nigeria. I was hoping to get the audience's reaction to see their neighborhoods portrayed so vividly, unlike the run of the mill eye candy offered by nollywood nowadays.
