I'm not crazy about how flashy and stimulating some of the animation is, which we generally try to avoid in kids' shows. However, I absolutely love the messaging of this show. The Superkitties not only solve the problem they've been called in to help with, but also work to solve the villain's problem too. Every single time, the villain is revealed to have been acting out in an attempt to solve their own problem which is such a great lesson in empathy and understanding. It's a great way to reinforce the idea to our three year old that sometimes people act out in bad ways, but that doesn't mean they're bad people, rather they are good people who make mistakes or bad choices.

The show is awesome I love it. It is definitely in my list of favorite TV shows I always wanted to see a movie of it on the big screen many people want to see it on the big screen too I wouldn't really blame them because the show is amazing plus it gets more new characters. My favorite SuperKitties characters are Sparks, Frankie, Mr. Puppypaws, cat burger, Ruby, Jet, Boomer, Pickles, Sam and Eddie, peanut, Doreen, and a few other that I probably forgotten but I think that's it. I just love the show and I really want to see it on big screen. Everyone wants to see SuperKitties in theaters. It's Overall awesome.

I only found out about this show earlier this year and I absolutely love this show. The show follows 4 kittens Ginny, Sparks, Buddy & Bitsy who gets a SuperKitty call from one of their friends and needs to save Kittydale from villains such as Mr. Puppypaws, Lab Rat, Cat Burglar & Zsa Zsa. Bitsy is my favourite Superkitty she is so cute and so kind and this show also has good songs and teaches important lessons like being kind to everyone and helping others when they need it. In my mind this show is an absolute masterpiece and knowing that Silvergate Media (now known as Sony Pictures Television Kids and who are known for shows like Peter Rabbit & Octonauts) did this show with Disney Junior I was so surprised because I love when one big studio teams up with another big studio. Anyways if you are an animal lover or if you love action then i highly recommend this show and if you want to watch it it's on Disney+ and wherever you get your shows from. I'm sure you will enjoy this show as much as I do.

I would have gift it a 5/10, but I remembered there are even worse pre-schooler shows (paw patrol, ariel, the new Disney Jr. Cartoon, wtf's wrong with these people? Spidey and his friends? Bro literally ruined my childhood). My actual problems with this show is that these characters are using every single expression with the word "kitty" included, the kitties have basic backstory, and the action is too childish. I cringed really hard, but at LEAST it's not as bad paw patrol which is 2 times worse than this one (but the movie was kinda good though). If you're a 3-year-old, it's worth watching, but if you're a parent or you're born in the 90s - 2000s, warning: cringe alert.

Cats are now a big thing from Youtube shorts to memes. Disney Plus is growing in new animated shows for kids and teens from Star Wars spin offs to this new show called Superkitties that is a mix of Paw Patrol and The Incredibles with a lesson to end it all in Friendship is Magic in the early seasons. Four kittens is on their everyday mission to save the city, as the kitties go in their super mode outfits. The animation is nice for an 10 minutes per each episodes, as the fictive city is fitting for some super hero action that ranks from nice parks to the hidden superhero quarters. But, this was meant to sell toys and Disneyland tickets and there are some dated jokes and callbacks. Beside that this a must watch for kids that have Disney Plus.

First off, 10/10 stars to Carmen Carter's performance of the show's theme song - her voice apparently has no limit and is an unmatched credit to the show. Now for the rest of the show. One star for existing, and one more star for being a solid, innocuous show that doesn't try to get cute with any issues that belong in a third-year socioeconomics course. Some have complained that the show promotes obesity and "toxic body positivity", but as far as I can tell, while Buddy is clearly obese (or at least rotund), the show makes no claims as to the merit of his obesity. It's completely reasonable that Buddy's owner simply lets him and Sparks share a food bowl; any pet owner knows that bowl-sharing often leads to overeating, as domestic animals are not always the best judges of portion control. Other critics have brought up the fact that the show is clearly a rip-off of Paw Patrol, or even the more intellectually provocative Puppy Dog Pals. These critics, if not absolutely correct, bring devastating arguments that simply cannot be rebutted. Data shows that critics who review the show positively are themselves cat owners. This phenomenon adds to overwhelming evidence that cats and cat owners continue to contribute nothing of value to entertainment in media, to say nothing of their damage to society at large. The audio mix of the show leaves some to be desired; it is not Dolby Surround, but the multi channel mix does occasionally provide enough depth to be acceptable. The animation quality of the show is about as much as one could expect from any run-of-the-mill animation studio this side of Burbank. The rig physics betray what would otherwise be a decently rendered production. When Buddy lifts a park bench to look for (spoiler), the viewer has no choice but to forgive the animator for not only ignoring every law of natural physics, but also making no attempt to convince the viewer of the sheer upper body strength required for a "super kitty" to rip a 500 lb park bench from its concrete anchors. The above is merely one example of many where I desperately wanted to be impressed with the protagonists, but just couldn't - which leads me to my criticism of the show's plot. The show barely qualifies as episodic; even the most loyal viewers will agree that the order of episodes has no bearing on the show's character or plot development. One can only hope that a more satisfying story arc will be developed next season, particularly now that Mr. Puppypaws is clearly a force to be reckoned with. Overall, I give this show "4 scoops" of kitty litter, even though it likely needs more.

Kush Tracey24/07/25 10:00

The villains and super kitties are highly annoying. Villains who act like wanny little Bratt. Once Mr. Puppy paws kidnapped the singing squirrels and force them to entertain him because he's Despicable And in another episode, zsazsa hacked every mobile device in kittydale so everyone is forced to watch her T Terribly bad music video. And in every episode, every villain doesn't learn their lesson even if they have to. And it wouldn't episode lab. Rat wants to try to turn all of Kitty Dale into cheese Because she wasn't grateful because of all the food that's different due to her diet And didn't learn her lesson And didn't learn her lesson.

I understand that this show is for babies, and that i'm just a young teen, but good god is this awful! Sure, the morals are good in concept, but i was really on the fence of giving this 0 stars! The morals are shoved in your face, and every episode feels the same. It bores me to tears, and every time my little sister watches it, i'm put in a bad mood. You might think to yourself: "Sure, I may not enjoy it, but it's just a show for preschoolers, it doesn't have to be enjoyable to older audiences. And that's where I bring up Bluey. Bluey is a masterpiece, and thats not even considering the standard for a toddler's show! So I won't be accepting the argument that it's a preschool show. The one thing I'll give it is it's music. The music is expertly crafted, always pleasing to the ears, and the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 0. But every other aspect is a dumpster fire. 2/10, don't let your kids watch this if you're a human with standards.
