Good movie!
fuckin eva
I just hated this movie so much, not because it touches profound themes or because of it's exploration of the human psyche (which there is none, apart from the twisted sick mind of the director), I simply hated because it started out great and slowly degraded to utter crap, violence fest, torture, rape, masochistic sex and all kinds of human deviations not worth watching. Seriously, anyone who enjoys seeing normal people degrading to rapist, killers and madman's with no purpose and with no story should really check their brains with a psychiatrist. This is not a movie for everyone, in fact, this should not be a movie for anyone. Any decent people still living out there that want to sit back and enjoy a nice SCIFI after work should STAY AWAY from this utter garbage, go rent a nice movie with a message but not this. I have to endure this piece of junk for 1 hour after I decided to stop it, my wife couldn't watch it anymore. I finished watching it alone for the sake of doing a fair review, the movie got worse, a lot worse after my wife left (thank god). This movie reflect the current violent trend society is in, and this is done by a promising director?? please someone get him a doctor.

I thought i was losing it reading all those positive reviews of this movie.Generally speaking i use IMDb's ratings as a guide to whether i watch a movie or not, especially if its been rated, like this one, by over 500 people until i read Alex's review which i wholehearted agree with. Utter dross is what i think, ridiculously unexplained implausible situations and reactions and i'm sorry but the acting and dialogue were very poor. That said i did watch it all(mouth agape at the dreadfulness of it all) which is not always the case. All involved should be thoroughly embarrassed at there participation. 6.5/10 why people why.No redeeming features at all.
reviews are a funny thing, so feel free to watch it as always and make your own mind up. I sat through this flawed, hole filled apocalyptic rubbish and went away thinking it was the worst film I have seen in some time. The wholly unreal characters, the random events, the bits that make no sense. The sheer amount of ridiculous scenes made me want to post this review in anger. I did sleep before posting this, so the anger subsided but this really is one of the biggest disappointments I have watched, I even looked forward to seeing it. My advice watch it, then watch something funny afterwards to wash your brain out of its sheer pant wetting badness.
